I can’t rate the unit over time as it was only installed yesterday. However, the cost was the lowest we found and it was installed the next day. The unit is a Carrier and we’ve had good luck with them before.

Unbelievably quick response! Repairman (Yuri) was not only on time, he was polite and gracious, and diagnosed problem within moments. The repair was then accomplished quickly. I know I will need to replace this very old central heating unit as soon as I can afford to do so, but now feel there is a company (and people) that I can trust to do the job.
